New Service Checklist

If you are planning to build a new house, shop or service, please fill out the form below the table. The service cost table shows some typical costs to begin a new service. Additionaly charges may be included for: permits, crop damages, digging in frost, and others that apply. Please keep in mind this list is not totally comprehensive, but it will give our Engineer a good basis to begin work. When necessary, you may also be asked to provide a site sketch of the property showing driveways, future buildings, other underground utilities present and yard light requests.
