About Us
Red River Valley Co-op Power's office is in Halstad, Minn., at 109 Second
Avenue East. Two of Red River's line crews work out of the Halstad
office and one line crew works out of a service center just north
of Moorhead on Hwy. 75.
Who We Are
Red River Valley
Cooperative Power Association, Your Touchstone Energy Partner, is
an electric distribution cooperative providing power to more than
4,600 rural customers in Polk, Norman and Clay Counties. As a
distribution cooperative, we purchase electricity and distribute
it over more than 1,700 miles of Red River Valley Co-op owned power
lines.

Co-op Power is a member-owner of
Minnkota Power Cooperative,
a regional generation and transmission cooperative located in
Grand Forks, North Dakota.
