
Being a member of Red River Valley Cooperative Power Association means you receive reliable power and a strong dedication to service from your cooperative. Cooperatives are unique because they follow the seven cooperative principles and give you a voice in the operation of your cooperative.
Red River Valley Co-op Power is owned by its members and is not-for profit. Members elect Board of Directors to represent them in the operation of the cooperative. The Board hires a Chief Executive Officer to carry out the daily operations. The Board is comprised of six member-directors, two from each of the three districts. Directors are elected to three-year
terms according to the bylaws.
